This week, we finished analyzing Act I of Julius Caesar and took a reading quiz on the play thus far. We also began reading Act II of the play with a partner, trying to decode the Shakespearean language on our own. We also had time in class to work on the rough draft of our research papers. As part of this process, we reviewed formatting of intext citations and the Works Cited page. When students finished, they were given peer and self-editing guides to proofread their papers. We reviewed how to turn our papers in via Turnitin.com.
